The Friday Shotgun (Shotgun del Venerdì) is a 9-hole Louisiana-format individual competition, part of a 5-leg circuit series held at Green Club Lainate. This 5th leg of the circuit is an individual competition played over 9 holes with a single category, with prizes awarded for the first nine only. The competition is open to all golfers and is part of the club's internal 9-hole circuit series. Entries open 15 days before the event through the GESGOLF app or by calling the club secretary at 02.93.70.869. Start times are published the day before the competition after 14:00. Players with a handicap over 36 may be limited to a playing handicap of 36 for ranking purposes. All players over 50 may request to tee off from the Green or Orange tees, while players under 12 with a handicap over 11.4 are required to tee off from the Green or Orange tees. The circuit includes prize-giving for day winners, finalists, and overall circuit winners.
