The Marion & Phil Joselyn Memorial Shoot-out is a two-person team competition held at Fort Dodge Country Club. The event features a Net Best Ball format over 18 holes, with the low 10 teams and ties qualifying for a 9-hole Shoot-Out. A Calcutta auction is held for the Shoot-Out, with 10% of proceeds donated to the Bill Hird Foundation. Participants must hold a GHIN or verified League handicap. Membership in the club is not required — the event is open to visiting golfers. Entry is by phone or in person at the clubhouse. The entry fee is $70 per team.
