Iroquois Golf Club

Ontario, Canada

Iroquois Golf Club is an 18-hole championship public course located in Iroquois, Ontario, situated on the bank of the St. Lawrence River. It is distinguished as the only 18-hole links course in Ontario, offering a layout that integrates the natural landscape of the river with the demands of the game. The terrain is characterized by open water views and proximity to the St. Lawrence River, with the Iroquois Control Dam serving as a prominent backdrop for several greens. The setting attracts local wildlife, including osprey, Great Blue Herons, cormorants, and loons, which are frequently observed in the ponds, inlets, and bays surrounding the fairways. The course layout takes advantage of these natural features, requiring players to navigate shots with the river and its associated hazards in mind. The facility supports public play and accommodates large groups, with tournament capabilities for up to 100 players. A full practice range and chipping green are provided for pre-game warmups, and the course hosts public leagues and various tournament events throughout the season. The Alibi Restaurant offers dining options with views of the river, complementing the golfing experience.
