Opened on September 18, 1978, the layout was designed by Jiro Terada. The course is characterized by a relatively flat terrain with short to medium service distances, offering a playing experience that balances straightforward navigation with precise shot-making. The course yardages vary by tee, with the back tees measuring 5,344 yards for men and 3,270 yards for women, while the front tees range from 2,519 to 3,093 yards.
