Ålesund Golf Club Senior Championship 2026

The Ålesund Golf Club Senior Championship 2026 is an individual strokeplay competition held on 29 August 2026 at Solnør Gaard Golfbane, Ålesund Golfklubb. The event is open to senior golfers aged 50 and over, with separate categories for men and women in age groups 50-59, 60-69, and 70-99. Maximum handicap is 36.0. Play is from any tee with free choice, using single format with strokeplay scoring. Handicap allowance is scratch (0%). Baguettes are served before the round, and hamburgers are grilled after the round, both included in the entry fee. Tie-breaks for first place use mathematical countback on the last 36, 18, 9, 6, 3, and 1 holes. Entry opens on 13 April 2026 at 00:00 and closes on 28 August 2026 at 08:00.
