The Panorama Kurs is an 18-hole golf course located in Eugendorf, Salzburg, with a par of 69. The course is set in a hilly, natural terrain that adapts to the landscape, offering views of the Watzmann, Gaisberg, and Tennengebirge mountains. The name of the course and the club is derived from an ancient Roman villa rustica located beneath the sixth hole. The layout is designed to be idyllic and quiet, yet challenging for experienced players due to its topography, which includes spectacular gullies and water hazards. The course features two sets of tees, with the yellow tees measuring 4,765 meters and the red tees measuring 4,237 meters. The front nine has a par of 34 and measures 2,279 meters from the yellow tees, while the back nine has a par of 35 and measures 2,486 meters. The longest hole is the par-5 sixth hole at 448 meters from the yellow tees, and the shortest is the par-3 third hole at 102 meters. The course is open from March to November. While the terrain and hazards present significant challenges for ambitious golfers, the fair design of the playing surfaces also allows beginners to enjoy a successful and fun round. The course requires concentration, particularly when deciding whether to use a driver, as it is not always wise to do so. The setting is described as historical and natural, with the terrain demanding focus despite the scenic backdrop.
