The Flight Deck Weekly Tournament is a virtual golf competition held at Arrowood Golf Course using TopTracer range technology. The event is a 9-hole team scramble format where teams of 2-4 players compete. All team members hit shots, and the team selects the best result for each shot, continuing play from that position. Scores are submitted weekly, and participants are entered into a FedEx-cup style points system. The tournament is open to all skill levels. Entry fee is $125 for a team of 2 players or $200 for a team of 4 players. Registration is available online via CourtReserve. A designated golf professional is available for instruction during league nights. Teams may submit scores individually if a teammate cannot attend on the scheduled league day, with the team's score for each hole being the better score among teammates. The league runs for 6 weeks per season, with one official league night per week. Scores may be submitted anytime during the corresponding week of play (Sunday–Saturday). Each week a leaderboard is generated for league play. Additionally, players have access to a closest to the pin competition at the applicable virtual course for a chance at a smaller prize every week.

Arrowood Golf Course is a par-71, 6,721-yard layout designed by prominent architect Ted Robinson Jr., located in Oceanside, California, adjacent to Camp Pendleton and approximately 35 miles north of San Diego. Situated on a scenic hilltop overlooking the San Luis Rey Valley, the course sits about 10 miles from the coastline. The course features naturally undeveloped riparian habitat bordering many holes, creating a sense of natural seclusion while maintaining open, unconfined aesthetics. The greens blend Poa annua and Bermuda grass, maintained firm and fast at 10-11 on the stimpmeter. Four sets of tees accommodate all skill levels, and variable ocean breezes add difficulty throughout the day, particularly affecting the final four holes known as "The Quandary." The Quandary—holes 15-18—presents the course's most challenging stretch. Hole 15 (Par 3, 187 yards) features a two-tier green with four bunkers. Hole 16 (Par 4, 465 yards) is the longest par four with water hazards flanking an island green. Hole 17 (Par 4, 401 yards) requires an extra club to reach its undulating, elevated green. Hole 18 (Par 4, 395 yards) serves as a finishing hole with water hazards and strategic bunker placement.
