The event takes place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, with a 1:00 PM shotgun start. Teams of four play an 18-hole big cup scramble format, with teams placed in flights according to handicap or average. The entry fee is $85 per team, which includes golf and cart. Teams must RSVP by July 26, 2026, to guarantee a cart. All proceeds from the tournament support the Kathy and Bernie Jones Family Legacy Fund, which funds scholarships and community causes in the Fond du Lac area. The event has been running since 1991 and is one of the longest-running charity golf outings in the area.

The course is well-maintained and offers multiple nine-hole combinations, allowing golfers to experience different routing options. The setting includes a spacious practice facility with a full driving range and manicured practice greens, enabling players to warm up before their rounds. Beyond the course itself, Rolling Meadows offers The 19th Hole Pub & Grill overlooking the course, a full pro shop, and instruction from teaching professional Jeremiah Hoffmann. The facility hosts numerous tournaments and outings throughout the year and provides flexible membership options for various golfer types including adults, families, seniors, juniors, and young adults.
