Junior golf clinic at Bay Forest Golf Course for children aged 6-12. The clinic runs July 27-29, 2026, from 8:00-10:30am daily. Instruction covers chipping, pitching, putting, full swings, rules, and etiquette. Entry fee is $75 per student, limited to the first 22 paid entries. Entry must be accompanied by payment, with no phone entries accepted for entry (sign-up via phone at 281-471-4653 or email to bristerd@laportetx.gov). Attire: tennis shoes or golf shoes, comfortable clothing. In case of rainout, indoor classroom instruction with videos and board illustrations may be provided. Day 1 covers basics (grip, posture, swing key), rules and etiquette. Day 2 splits students into putting, chipping, and full swing groups. Day 3 includes on-course play or skills challenge, rules test, and hot dogs.
