The course is designed as an accessible, beginner-friendly layout that emphasizes flexibility and recreational play without competitive pressure or elite barriers to entry. The facility features a main 9-hole course complemented by two 3-hole short courses with water hazards, providing varied playing options. The practice infrastructure is extensive, with approximately 80 grass tee positions on the driving range, multiple practice greens for chipping and pitching, and a Toptracer Range featuring digital technology—the first of its kind in Bavaria, opened in autumn 2020. The course is positioned as an informal facility designed for quick rounds and broad accessibility, welcoming both beginners and experienced golfers across all skill levels. The setting combines sports and leisure in a natural environment. The facility includes year-round floodlighting for the driving range and practice areas, enabling evening play throughout the seasons.
