The Saturday Afternoon Competition is a relaxed and informal competition designed for golfers of all levels to experience match play. It is open to both men and women, who play together across different handicap categories. It is an excellent way to get to know other golfers at Golfbaan Tespelduyn, particularly beginners. Entry is allowed from four weeks before the competition date. The competition is open to golfers with a minimum handicap of 54 or a Tespelduyn Course Permit. Registration can be done via email or phone.

Golfbaan Tespelduyn is a 9-hole golf course located in the heart of the Bollenstreek region near Noordwijkerhout, Netherlands. Set amidst colorful flower fields and scenic countryside, the course offers a unique blend of sport and natural beauty. The layout provides an engaging challenge for golfers of all skill levels while maintaining an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. The course's most distinctive feature is hole 3, a signature hole with a tee shot from a 23-meter high Terp (artificial mound), offering a memorable and visually striking experience. The surrounding landscape of flowering bulb fields provides picturesque views throughout the round. Golfbaan Tespelduyn caters to golfers at various levels through its comprehensive offerings, including a golf school with beginner programs, intermediate instruction, junior development, and fitness programs. The facility features a Trackman driving range for practice and improvement. Beyond golf, the course operates an on-site restaurant and offers various arrangements including the "Tee & Eat" package combining nine holes with a two-course meal.
