Our first Seniors' Open of the year will be on Thursday 25th June 2026 at Wareham Golf Club. It is open to all golfers aged 55 and over. The format is a 4-man team with best two scores to count on the front nine and best three scores on the back nine. The event will be played from the Purple tees. The maximum Playing Handicap is 28, with an 85% handicap allowance. Visitor entry fee is £38 per person; member entry fee is £23 per person. Entry is via online startsheet booking, closing on 19/06/2026 at 18:00. Included in the entry fee is a bacon roll and coffee before the round, and a one-course meal after. There will be prizes for the best Home Team and the Best Visitor team. As a condition of winning a prize, all team members must hold a WHS Scoring Record comprising at least 10 acceptable scores in the preceding 12 months, including at least 3 competition scores.
