The Junior Open 2026 is an open competition for junior golfers (under 18 as of 1 January 2026) held at Southport Old Links Golf Club. The event is a Mixed Singles Strokeplay competition (18-hole medal). Boys must hold a WHS handicap index of 28.0 or less, and girls must hold a WHS handicap index of 36.0 or less. All players must be bona fide members of a recognised golf club with a valid WHS handicap; iGolf members are not eligible. The entry fee is £12 per person. Entries must be paid online to be confirmed. Buggies and caddies are not allowed. Parents/guardians may walk but cannot advise players. Entries close on Wednesday 29 July 2026 at 16:00.
