The 40th Annual Cascade Medical Center Foundation Golf Tournament is a charity event held in conjunction with Cascade Golf Course on Saturday, August 22, 2026. The tournament features a 5-person scramble format with a shotgun start at tee times of 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The entry fee is $500 per team, which is paid at registration. Rental carts are available for an additional fee on the day of the event. Prizes include awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, as well as a Columbia Bank Hole Challenge and additional prizes and awards. Raffles and a silent auction will also be held to benefit the Cascade Medical Center. Teams can register online via the provided registration link. Cascade Golf Course is a nine-hole course located in Cascade, Idaho, nestled in the mountains along Lake Cascade, approximately 90 minutes from the city. The course features four sets of tees, allowing players to complete 18 holes with varying shot selections to the greens on each round. The layout presents moderate to challenging conditions with sloping fairways and difficult-to-read greens. Notable design elements include blind shots from tee boxes to fairways and several tee shots over water hazards, which challenge golfers of all skill levels, including low handicappers. The course welcomes juniors and experienced players alike. The setting offers scenic views of the lake and snow-capped mountains visible from most holes, providing a picturesque mountain golf experience. The course hosts tournaments throughout the year and operates under the Cascade Golf Association, with additional services including golf club repair and adjustments available through Anderson Golf.
