The 40th Annual Cascade Medical Center Foundation Golf Tournament is a charity event held in conjunction with Cascade Golf Course on Saturday, August 22, 2026. The tournament features a 5-person scramble format with a shotgun start at tee times of 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The entry fee is $500 per team, which is paid at registration. Rental carts are available for an additional fee on the day of the event. Prizes include awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, as well as a Columbia Bank Hole Challenge and additional prizes and awards. Raffles and a silent auction will also be held to benefit the Cascade Medical Center. Teams can register online via the provided registration link.
