The New Golfer Round is a recurring round for new golfers held on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at Golf Club Husumer Bucht. Starting July 10, 2026, participants with a handicap index (HCPI) between 36.1 and 54.0 can play a handicap-relevant round starting at 15:30 from Tee 1. Various formats are available including individual and four-ball. The entry fee is 5 Euro per person. Registration is done via the blackboard in the clubhouse or through PC-Caddie. After the round, participants can join Golf & Chill at 18:00 on the driving range with food, music, and socializing. The event is open to new golfers seeking to gain more playing experience, and experienced players with lower handicaps are also welcome as helpers.
