The Opening Tournament 2er Texas Scramble is a two-player team scramble competition held at Golfclub Adamstal's Championship Course. The event takes place on Saturday, 18 April 2026, with tee times starting from 10:00 AM. Teams may be mixed or parent-child combinations. The entry fee is €95 for guests (including green fee) or €40 for club members. Maximum handicap is 45. Up to 120 participants are accepted, with entries processed in order of receipt (deadline: Wednesday, 16 April 2026, 6:00 PM). The competition is played under R&A rules and ÖGV regulations, using Stableford scoring. Prize awards are given for 1st place gross and 3rd place net scores, plus a family classification for 3rd net. The prize-giving ceremony is at 4:00 PM followed by dinner. The event is open to amateur golfers and guests.

Golfclub Adamstal is located in the Lower Austrian Alpine foothills near Ramsau and features 27 holes across two courses. The Championship Course comprises 18 holes, while the Wallerbach Course offers 9 holes, each with distinct characteristics. Designed by Jeff Howes, the layout skillfully integrates natural landscape elements including streams, terrain variations, forest clearings, and rock formations into the course design. The courses are described as among Europe's most spectacular golf layouts, characterized by impeccable maintenance and impressive design. The terrain is hilly and woodland-based, reflecting the Alpine foothills geography. The facility includes a restaurant, golf school, and guest accommodations on-site. The courses have hosted tournaments including the EURAM Bank Open, indicating championship-caliber competition standards. The facility also includes a companion 18-hole course at nearby Golfclub Schladming.
