The Australian Golf Union (AGU) Handicap Competitions are held at Fairfield City Golf Course on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The Wednesday competition is run by course management and is open to anyone who holds a current Australian Golf Union Handicap (AGU). Entry fee is $15.00 for both members and visitors for the Wednesday competition; other days may have different fees (members $21, visitors $31 as per general pricing). Tee times are available on a first-come basis; visitors are advised to call the Pro Shop on 9604 4007 or email play@fairfieldgolf.com.au before arriving to secure a tee time. The competition is open all day with the last tee-off time at 3:00pm, with a maximum of four players per group. Prize money is determined by the number of players registered on the day of competition. AGU membership (affiliation/handicap requirement) is required to enter.
