Inglewood Invitational

The 90th edition of the Inglewood Invitational is a multi-day team competition held at Inglewood Golf Club. The event runs from Wednesday afternoon to Saturday evening in August. It begins with a three-person Horserace on Wednesday afternoon, followed by a welcoming party with music, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and dinner near the 18th green. The main competition spans Thursday to Saturday: Thursday features a two-man Chapman Points format, with an annual Calcutta auction and dinner for contestants; Friday uses Best Ball Points; and Saturday concludes with a Combined Points format. Teams can be self-selected or assisted by the Golf Shop. The event includes a Calcutta auction, multiple meals (dinner, breakfast, lunch), and a final dinner party with dancing on Saturday evening. Guests must be over 21 and hold a valid USGA handicap index. Entry priority is given to previous participants, but new participants are welcome and generally make the starting field.
