The Coxmoor Cockerel is an individual open competition held at Coxmoor Golf Club, Sutton-in-Ashfield, on Sunday 9 August 2026. Maximum handicap is 7. Open to players holding an Official Active Club Handicap; Competition Handicap Certificates must be produced on arrival. Entry closes Monday 3 August 2026. Distance measuring devices are permitted. A soft spike policy applies during summer months. Buggies are permitted for insured users (single seat only, weather permitting); own insurance is mandatory and must be presented on arrival. Prizes must be collected by winners or their substitute at the presentation on the day of the competition.
