Swiss Senior Amateur Championship

The Swiss Senior Amateur Championship is a 54-hole individual strokeplay competition played over 3 days with no cut, on the Samedan Golf Course. The championship is limited to 150 players; if more than 150 entries are received, players will be eliminated in order of exact handicap index. Open to male amateur golfers aged 50 or over (birthday must fall before the first tournament day). All participants must be a member of a golf club affiliated to a national golf association or union. The championship is part of the official World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR). Entry deadline: Monday 22 June 2026 at 12:00. A practice round is available on Monday 6 July (tee time booking required). The entry fee of CHF 260 per player includes the practice round, all green and match fees, the Welcome Cocktail (evening of 7 July), Championship Dinner (evening of 8 July), and a Farewell Snack with prize-giving (9 July). Prizes are awarded for 1st–3rd Gross Overall, 1st–3rd Net Overall, 1st Gross Seniors (50–59), 1st Gross Majors (60–69), and 1st Gross Masters (70+). Entry must be made in writing: online, by email, or by post. Accommodation packages are available through participating Engadin Golf Hotels.

Prizes

1st, 2nd and 3rd place Gross Overall; 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Net Overall; 1st place Gross Seniors (age 50–59); 1st place Gross Majors (age 60–69); 1st place Gross Masters (age 70+).
