A weekly 9-hole golf event held on Fridays at Taylors Creek Golf Course (Fort Stewart, Georgia). Teams of 2 players compete in a blind draw with rotating formats. Sign-ups begin at 4:00 p.m. with a shotgun start at 4:30 p.m. (sign-ups must be completed by 4:15 p.m.). Weekly prizes are awarded. The event runs every Friday from the current date through September 25, 2026. Cost is $20 per player, plus applicable greens and cart fees. Registration is handled by contacting the Taylors Creek Golf Course directly. Open to the general public.

Located in the heart of Fort Stewart, Taylors Creek Golf Course is an 18-hole, par 72 course designed by Soldiers of the 69th Engineer Battalion following their tour in Vietnam. The facility features two distinct 9-hole experiences, offering golfers varied playing conditions. The course includes a clubhouse, Golf Shop, rental clubs, driving range, and practice green. The course welcomes golfers of all skill levels and is open to the public with accessible base entry options. Taylors Creek offers both casual play and tournament hosting capabilities, with amenities including covered pavilions, on-site catering, and various competition formats. A PGA-certified manager provides instruction and equipment recommendations for interested players. Notable aspects include yearly membership options valid at both Taylors Creek and Hunter Golf Course on Hunter Army Airfield. All proceeds from play are reinvested into local Soldier and Family programming on Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. The course maintains a golf etiquette policy emphasizing cart placement, divot repair, and appropriate attire to ensure quality experiences for all participants.
