The Grand Prix Jeunes U12 de Chartres Métropole is a junior golf competition for players under 12 years old (U12), held over two days on 18 and 19 July 2026 at Golf de Chartres Fontenay. The event is played as maximum score (9 strokes per hole), 36 holes total (18 holes per day), with ranking on the aggregate of the two rounds. Entry requires a valid FFGF (French Golf Federation) or recognized foreign federation license, payment of the 40€ federal game right for 2026, and a medical certificate of non-contraindication to golf competition (or health questionnaire attestation if a certificate was provided in 2024 or 2025). Entrants must also be up to date with all prior federal event entry fees. The entry fee is 40€ (20€ for members of the club's AS association), which includes the training day on Friday 17 July 2026 (tee time reservations available from the golf). Entries must be made online by Thursday 1 July 2026 at 12:00. The field has a minimum quota of 21 boys and 6 girls, with up to 10 wild cards available through the Centre-Val de Loire League. The top three players in each gender will receive prizes. Play is non-smoking, and caddies, electric carts, and distance-measuring devices are prohibited. During play, any accompanying persons (parents, coaches, officials, etc.) must remain at a reasonable distance from players and must not give advice or influence them.

Golf Chartres-Fontenay is located near Chartres in Fontenay-sur-Eure and features two homologated courses. The main course consists of 9 holes covering 2,400 meters with a par of 35, playable as 18 holes at par 70. A second 9-hole Pitch & Putt course spans 700 meters and can also be played as 18 holes. The facility offers comprehensive training areas including a putting green with practice slopes, two approach zones with bunkers, and a practice range with three tees accommodating 20 playing mats plus a covered area with five additional mats. The courses are suitable for golfers of all levels, from beginners through competitive players. The club organizes regular competitions throughout the year, both on-site and externally, in individual and team formats. Amenities include a restaurant (Le Club 19) available for daily dining and group events, seminar rooms, and golf instruction programs including discovery passes and certification courses through the Green Card program.
