The Friendly Friday Golfrunde auf dem 9-Loch-Platz is a weekly 9-hole individual strokeplay tournament held on Fridays at 17:00 at Golf Gut Glinde's 9-hole course (Area C). The event is open to all golfers with a Handicap Performance Index (HCPI) of 30.1 or higher free of charge. Members with HCPI 30.0 or lower pay an entry fee of EUR 8.00. Registration is online via the club's booking system, with a deadline of 10:00 on the day of the event. Maximum 36 participants. Start times are assigned randomly by the secretariat until 13:00 on the day of the event, and communicated via SMS. Players must meet at Tee 1 of the 9-hole course 10 minutes before their start time. No tee time changes are allowed after the tournament has started. There is no prize presentation for individual rounds. Additionally, an annual Eclectic competition is held among members who participate in at least 10 handicap-relevant rounds between April and October; the winner is determined by net score, with tie-breakers based on the number of rounds played and then hole-by-hole scores from hole 9 back to 1. The annual prize presentation takes place at the Christmas party on December 6, 2026. The event is open to visitors/guests as most tournaments at the club are open to non-members.
