Crystal Mountain Scholarship Invitational

The Crystal Mountain Scholarship Invitational is a two-day charity golf event held at Crystal Mountain's Mountain Ridge and Betsie Valley courses on August 7-8, 2026. The event supports the Crystal Scholarship Foundation, a 501(c)(3) providing scholarships to Crystal Mountain employees and their dependents. The competition features two formats: a two-person best ball (pairs) where teams compete, with the top two-person teams advancing to a 'Shoot Out' on selected holes (1, 2, 5, 6, 8, 9) on Saturday; and a four-person team competition using a two-best-ball format. Prizes are awarded for two-person low net, four-person low net, and Shoot Out Champions. Individual golfers are encouraged to participate and will be paired with others. Registration deadline is 9:00 AM on August 1, 2026. Non-member entry fee is $439 (Four Seasons Members: $339). The event includes meals: lunch on Friday at Kinlochen Plaza, reception and dinner at the Golf Learning Center Friday evening, breakfast at The Thistle Saturday morning, lunch after the Saturday round, and awards dinner following the Shoot Out. Shotgun starts are at 12:30 PM on Friday (Mountain Ridge) and 9:00 AM on Saturday (Betsie Valley). The Shoot Out takes place at 3:00 PM on Saturday. Non-participants may join for meals by registering separately. All ages are welcome to the social events.
