The Jake de Jong Junior Classic 2026 is a junior golf tournament held at Skeena Valley Golf & Country Club on July 19, 2026. The event is open to players aged 7-18. Participants aged 7-13 compete in a 2-person team scramble over 9 holes. Players aged 14-18 compete in individual stroke play over 18 holes and must hold a handicap. Players aged 12-13 with a handicap may enter the individual 18-hole division as an exception. The entry fee is $50.00, which covers food, golf, and prizes. Registration opens June 1 at 10:00am via the club's online registration system. Participants registering for the 7-13 age group must declare a partner name or indicate they need a partner. Participants aged 12-13 wishing to enter the individual 18-hole division must indicate this in the registration notes.
