Weekly 9-hole stableford competition held every Friday at Patutahi Golf Club. Start time is 1pm to 2:30pm. Open to both men and women (mixed/open). All affiliated and casual golfers are welcome to enter. Players compete individually in handicap divisions: All Divisions (-5.0 to 9.0), Division 1 (10.0 to 54.0), and Division 2. Entry is by phone (06-8627789) or email (patutahi.golf@email.com) to book a tee time. The club is a 9-hole course located 20 minutes from Gisborne City with green fees of $20 for 9 or 18 holes. Clubhouse is open from 12 noon on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday each week.

Patutahi Golf Club is a small country club located 12 kilometres from Gisborne City in New Zealand's Tairawhiti region. The course features 9 holes with a par of 35 for a single nine, totalling 5,199 yards across an 18-hole layout with a combined par of 70. The front nine plays to par 35 (2,667 yards) while the back nine also plays to par 35 (2,532 yards). The course offers excellent value at $20 for either 9 or 18 holes for all players. It is characterised by top-quality greens and maintains a friendly atmosphere welcoming both affiliated and casual golfers. The clubhouse operates Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from noon, with the bar open after play. The club hosts regular weekly competitions including ladies' day on Tuesday, 9-hole haggle and shoot-out events on Wednesday, Friday meat pack competitions, and Sunday club day 18-hole competitions. With 265 members including 191 men, 43 women, and junior members, Patutahi maintains an active competitive schedule while remaining accessible to visiting players.
