The Kenilworth Classic 2026 Round 1 is a 36-hole scratch strokeplay tournament for men, held on Sunday 12th July 2026 on the Kenilworth Main Course from the White tees. The event features a 2-tee start from 09:00, with a maximum of 60-72 entrants. Entry fee is £50 for visitors and £35 for members, which includes coffee and a bacon roll on arrival plus lunch. Handicap allowance is 95% of WHS Course Handicap. Maximum handicap for entry is 8.0. To be eligible for nett prizes, players must have at least 4 individual competition scores recorded in their WHS handicap record within the 12 months prior to the event. Prizes total £2000, with awards to 1st through 8th place for the 36-hole competition, plus best gross scores for morning and afternoon rounds and best 36-hole nett score. Players may only win one prize. All ties are resolved on countback. Entries open 1st January 2026 and close on 7th July 2026 at 09:30, with start times published no later than Thursday 9th July. Entry is subject to club approval. Dress code: golfing attire on the course and clean golfing attire in the clubhouse. Bar and restaurant facilities are available.
