Individual strokeplay tournament (Medal Play) held at El Chaparral Golf Club in Las Lagunas de Mijas, Málaga. The event is open to the public ('Público'). Date: Saturday 1 August 2026, shotgun start at 9:00 AM, check-in from 7:30 AM. Maximum handicap: 25.4 for men. Players are divided into five handicap categories: 1st (0-5.4), 2nd (5.5-10.4), 3rd (10.5-15.4), 4th (15.5-20.4), and 5th (20.5-25.4). Yellow tees for men and red tees for ladies. Maximum score per hole: Par 3 = 7, Par 4 = 8, Par 5 = 9. Entry fee: €95 per player with shared buggy (members: €60 with shared buggy). Electronic scorecards are mandatory. Prizes: first place in each of the five handicap categories, special prizes for nearest to the pin on all par-3 holes, and a hole-in-one on a par-3 (Garmin Approach S70). A cocktail reception is provided at the clubhouse after the tournament. Cancellations are refundable up to 48 hours before the event (before 30 July 2026 at 4:00 PM).
