Bay Area Championship

36-hole individual stroke play tournament held over two days at Bay Forest Golf Course, La Porte, Texas. Tee times begin at 9:00am both days; first-round tee times available after 3:00pm on Friday 13 June or online at bayforestgolf.com. Second-round tee times posted Saturday evening. Players must hold an attested USGA handicap, attested by a PGA professional. Flights are determined by handicap index and/or Bay Forest staff. Play is scratch within flights, except the last flight which plays net only. A full tournament consists of a Championship flight and five additional flights (120 players total). Entry deadline is Tuesday 9 June 2026, or when the first 140 paid entries are received — no phone entries. Entry fee of $120 per player includes green fees and range balls prior to play each day. Cart fees are additional ($30 + tax per cart; two carts available per foursome). Optional skins and day money pools available at $10 cash per pool per day. 18 holes completed by a flight constitutes a tournament in the event of rain. Prizes

Per flight: 1st place $400 gift certificate, 2nd place $300 gift certificate, 3rd place $200 gift certificate, 4th place $100 gift certificate. Gift certificates redeemable at The Stokes Golf Shop. Prizes based on 120 players; prorated if fewer entries received. All ties split, except low score of tournament from Championship Tees.
