The 18-hole championship course at Luttrellstown Castle Resort measures 7,347 naturally-contoured yards of mature parklands, links-style bunkers, and water hazards. Designed by celebrated course architects Donald Steel and Tom MacKenzie, the course features a state-of-the-art alpine lodge-style clubhouse set within the walls of a centuries-old private estate. The course has a par of 72. Located in the affluent suburb of Castleknock, Dublin 15, the course is just 20 minutes from Ireland's international airport and 30 minutes from Dublin's city centre. Set on 567 acres of lush private parkland, the course integrates historic features including the River Liffey and a 15th-century castle. Originally set out in 1988 and redesigned in 2006, the course is positioned as one of Ireland's premium championship courses. The challenging parkland layout demands accurate driving to reach par 4s and incorporates natural water features and mature trees throughout.
