Mid Kent Golf Club, established in 1909, is a parkland-style course designed by renowned architect Willie Park Jnr. Located in Gravesend, the course features an 18-hole layout that was officially opened by notable figures including the Rt Hon A J Balfour, with Harry Vardon and James Braid among the inaugural players. The course layout has evolved significantly over its history, with the current configuration established in 1972. The clubhouse overlooks the 18th green, providing scenic views across the grounds. The club maintains a strong membership base of approximately 800 members, comprising both playing and social members. The course welcomes societies and visitors throughout the year and accommodates various play formats with different tee markers for qualifying and non-qualifying rounds.
