Eligibility: players whose home (handicap-holding) club is one of the 4 Pinzgauer Golf Clubs, associate members of Pinzgauer clubs, and members of golf clubs outside the Pinzgau region — all with a World Handicap Index (WHI) of max 36. If entries exceed 78, guest players with the highest handicaps are eliminated first; ties are decided by draw. A waiting list is maintained. Tee colours: Yellow; Master Senioren 65+ play from Blue tees. Golf carts are permitted for Master Senioren 65+; players must reserve carts directly with the host club. Start times from approximately 08:30, in flights of up to 3 players, ordered by ascending handicap. Final start times are published on golf.at by the host club from approximately 14:00 the day before the tournament. Entry deadline: 2 days before the tournament at 18:00, via golf.at. Entry fee: €74 (includes green fee). Members of the host club and Kitzalps-Card holders pay €15. Electronic scorecards are used; players with technical difficulties should contact the tournament committee. There is no prize ceremony at individual rounds — the overall series presentation takes place after the Final (05.09.2026, GC Urslautal). Series scoring: the two best results from the four qualifying rounds, plus the Final result, count toward the overall standings. Players must have participated in at least two qualifying rounds to be eligible for the Final. Scoring categories (Pinzgauer Champion Golfer of the Year, AK 0–29, MidAm 30–49, Senioren 50–64, Master Senioren 65+) are reserved for members of the Pinzgauer Golf Clubs; outside guests compete in the Gäste category. Tie-breaks for top positions: sudden death play-off; for remaining places, best 9, 6, 3, 1 holes by difficulty order (scorecard count-back).

Golfclub Zell am See - Kaprun - Saalbach-Hinterglemm

Zell am See, Salzburg, Austria

Golfclub Zell am See - Kaprun - Saalbach is one of Austria's most renowned golf facilities, situated in the idyllic alpine setting of the Hohe Tauern mountains. The course comprises 36 holes across two layouts: Schmittenhöhe (Par 72, 6,218 meters for men) and Kitzsteinhorn (Par 73, 6,146 meters for men). Designed by renowned course architect Donald Harradine in 1983, the original 18 holes were expanded to 27 holes five years later, with the Kitzsteinhorn course completed in 1993 by engineer Hermann Schauer. The facility's dramatic mountain backdrop and proximity to Zell am See, Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, and Lake Zell create a distinctive setting combining championship golf with natural alpine scenery. The course has hosted prestigious international tournaments and championship-level players including Greg Norman, Severiano Ballesteros, and Annika Sorenstam, who won her first European LPGA title here. The facility regularly hosted the OVB Ladies Open on the European women's tour. The Schmittenhöhe course record of 66 strokes, set by Bernhard Langer in 1992, reflects the challenging nature of both layouts.
