Monthly tournament open to seniors aged 58 and older, held on the third Tuesday of each month from April to October. Shotgun start at 9:00am; registration begins at 8:00am. Four flights separated by age: 58–67, 68–72, 73–77, and 78+. All flights start from the green tees. Entry fee of $35 (non-members) or $25 (members) includes 18 holes with cart and a light lunch. Optional contest available on all Par 3s (holes #2, 6, 11, and 16) plus longest second shot on hole #18 for an additional $5.00. Prizes are awarded for each flight for both low gross and low net, and will be available to collect at your next Senior Open.

King Valley Golf Course opened in spring 1999 with nine holes, expanding to eighteen holes in 2000, with design assistance from PGA Master Professional Frank Kiraly. The 18-hole course features 6,075 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course is located just south of Claysburg in central Pennsylvania's Bedford County, between Altoona and Bedford near Interstate 99. The front nine features hills and turns, while the back nine offers a flatter layout. The greens were built to state-of-the-art USGA specifications and drainage, allowing play in virtually any weather conditions. The course has Bent Grass greens and Rye Grass fairways. The facility includes blacktop cart paths on 100% of the course, a practice green, and a driving range. The course hosts more than a dozen tournaments and scrambles each season. Notable events include the Blair County Law Enforcement tournament and various other competitive events. The course is family-owned and has been operating since 2000.
