Pasfield Golf Course is a historic 9-hole public facility located in Springfield, Illinois, originally founded in 1898 as "The Springfield Golf Club" by prominent local businessmen. The Springfield Park District assumed management in the early 1930s and renamed it Pasfield Golf Course. The course features a par 34 layout with white tees playing to 2,299 yards (rating 30.8, slope 89) and red tees at 1,934 yards (rating 30.7, slope 90). Despite its modest length, Pasfield presents a genuine challenge through narrow fairways, undulating hills, and small greens that test golfers of all skill levels.
