54-hole individual strokeplay championship held at Timpanogos Golf Club, Provo, Utah. Open to amateur golfers with a handicap index of 5.0 or less, and to PGA Professionals, PGA Apprentices/Associates, and declared professionals. Up to 156 competitors play over three days (June 26–28, 2026), with a cut to the low 70 golfers plus ties after 36 holes. A separate 36-hole Senior Flight is available for both amateurs and professionals (Friday–Saturday only). Entry fees: Amateurs $180; PGA Affiliated Professionals $280; Non-Affiliated Professionals $380. Amateur entries where the handicap does not meet the 5.0 or less index will be rejected with a $30 processing fee. Carts are available at $20 per round (maximum 2 carts per group; no spectator carts). Players may carry, push, or use a caddie. Withdrawals before June 19, 2026 receive a refund minus a $30 processing fee; withdrawals after June 19 are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the Championship Committee. Official hotel partner is the Provo Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, with discounted rates available for players. Registered players may play up to 2 practice rounds in June at $40 per player. Separate entry forms apply for amateurs, PGA professionals, and non-affiliated professionals.
