The Seniors' Summer Open – Better Ball Stableford takes place at Ashton-under-Lyne Golf Club on 6 August 2026. The competition is open to senior golfers playing in pairs, using Better Ball Stableford scoring. Entry is £25 per person. All players must hold a valid CDH number (i.e. be affiliated to a golf club under the World Handicap System). Entries are made online via HowDidiDo. Members of Ashton-under-Lyne GC should sign in to HowDidiDo when booking; visiting golfers should ensure they are not signed in when making a booking. Post-round dining is available on the clubhouse balcony and terrace, with views across the 18th hole.

Established in 1913, Ashton-under-Lyne Golf Club is an 18-hole parkland course located in the Hartshead countryside, approximately six miles east of Manchester city centre in the foothills of the Pennines.
