The Downs Course is a historic golf course at Goodwood Estate, with the first round played there in 1914 when the 6th Duke of Richmond opened the course on the Downs above Goodwood House. Located on elevated terrain above the estate, the course benefits from its position on the Downs, offering commanding views across the surrounding landscape. The course is part of Goodwood's diverse sporting portfolio, which has evolved over more than a century to become one of the estate's signature experiences.
