The Mehiläinen 3 hlö Texas Scramble Open 2026 takes place at Nivalan Seudun Golf (Ravitie 60, 85500 Nivala, Finland) on Saturday 13 June 2026, with a shotgun start at 10:00. The event is open to members and guests. Entry opens 13 May 2026 and closes Thursday 11 June 2026 at 20:00; cancellations are also accepted before that deadline. Entry fee is €15 per player (juniors €6). Players paying a full green fee (€48 adult, €38 student, €20 junior) have the competition fee included. The format is a 3-person Texas Scramble with a twist: all three players tee off on each hole, but the player whose ball is selected does not play the next shot — only the other two teammates play from that spot. This continues to the hole out, with standard scramble rules otherwise applying. Tee colours: women play red tees, men play yellow tees; M70+ may also choose red tees. Scoring is Stableford with two divisions: HCP Stableford and Scratch Stableford. Team handicap is calculated by summing each player's exact slope-adjusted handicap and multiplying by 0.20 (standard rounding); the team handicap cannot exceed the lowest individual handicap in the team.
