The Somabay World Cup is an individual Stableford competition (18 holes) held at Golf de la Cabre d'Or, forming part of the 2026 Somabay World Cup qualification series. The series consists of regional qualifying rounds across France, leading to a national final and an international final at Somabay Golf Resort in Egypt. Tee-off begins at 13:00 with staggered starts from the main course. Players compete in four mixed handicap index bands: 1st series (index under 15), 2nd series (15 to 23.9), 3rd series (24 to 35.9), and 4th series (36 to 54). Entry fee is €50 (green fee) plus €5 play rights per person (€55 total). Registration opens 1 May 2026 and closes 29 May 2026. Entry is online via the Tee1Golf platform. An official golf handicap index and golf club affiliation are required to enter.
