Golf du Vaudreuil

Normandie, France

Golf du Vaudreuil is an 18-hole championship course designed by Fred Hawtree in 1961, stretching 6,312 meters with a par of 73. Located in Normandie, approximately 45 minutes from Paris along the Seine, the course is situated in an exceptional landscape offering panoramic views from the clubhouse and restaurant. The course presents an interesting challenge for golfers of all levels, characterized by well-maintained fairways and greens kept to optimal playing conditions. The terrain and setting make it one of France's finest 18-hole courses and one of the rare PGA-labeled facilities in the country. A notable feature is the 17th-century tithe barn (grange dîmière) that houses the clubhouse, pro shop, and restaurant with panoramic terraces. The course hosts the annual Vaudreuil Golf Challenge, a prestigious Challenge Tour event attracting Europe's top second-division golfers. Modern facilities include a practice range with covered and open positions, dedicated short-game areas, and professional instruction. The domain also features the Altus Performance Academy and offers on-site accommodation at the Grand Slam Hotel and four pavillons.
