Stirling Golf Club

Stirling, Stirling, Scotland

Stirling Golf Club is one of Scotland's oldest and most picturesque courses, set in the historic King's Park area of Stirling with stunning views of Stirling Castle and the Old Town. The current layout was designed in 1966 by Sir Henry Cotton, following James Braid's redesign in 1937, creating a mature course that challenges both low and high handicappers. The course features excellent greens complemented by lush fairways and graded rough that maintains pace of play. Located less than 40 miles from Glasgow and Edinburgh airports, it is designated as a Scottish Golf Championship Venue and is consistently maintained to superb condition. The club offers comprehensive practice facilities including a 6-hole par 3 course, driving range, putting green, and bunker practice areas. Two on-site professionals provide coaching and club-fitting services, while the clubhouse features a restaurant and bar offering views across Stirling with locally-sourced menus.
