The Ace of Clubs 2026 is a week-long open amateur golf tournament held across multiple courses in the region, running from 13–19 June 2026 and based at Tura Beach Country Club. Eligible players are male and female amateurs holding a current Australian Golf Australia (GA) handicap. The men's handicap limit is 36 and the ladies' handicap limit is 45. Scoring is aggregate Stableford across four courses over five playing days (Monday–Friday), with the overall winner declared King (men) and Queen (women) of Clubs based on the highest aggregate Stableford score from the four courses. A Sunday Ambrose bonus event is included in the entry fee but does not count towards the overall King/Queen of Clubs result. Daily prizes are awarded by grade based on the number of entries. In the event of a tie for overall 1st, 2nd or 3rd place, countback is applied using: (i) highest aggregate Stableford points from the last nine holes of each course; (ii) if still tied, the last six holes, then last three holes; (iii) if still tied, hole-by-hole countback from the 18th. Entry fees must be paid before acceptance; withdrawals before the draw are fully refunded (minus a $30 administration fee for any refunds). Players may opt to pay $70 per day for the daily competition only, and should nominate which days they are playing. Friday lunch is included in the entry fee. TBCC social membership is included, with a $10 credit usable at the Bar, Bistro or Pro Shop at Tura Beach CC. Motorised golf carts may be used and are available for hire from Pro Shops — booking in advance is recommended; a cart fee may apply for private carts at some clubs. For shotgun starts, competitors must register at the Pro Shop at least 30 minutes before the official start time. Score cards must be returned to the match desk promptly. Dress regulations of each relevant club must be observed at all times. Electronic distance-measuring devices are permitted. Entry is via a downloadable entry form (available from the club website) or by contacting the Pro Shop on 02 6495 9068. Conditions are subject to change at short notice.

Prizes

Daily prizes (vouchers redeemable at any of the participating golf courses) are awarded at the discretion of the Tournament Committee based on the number of entries and grades. Overall prizes are awarded to the King (men's overall winner) and Queen (ladies' overall winner) of Clubs.
