3 or 4-person Texas Scramble played from the white tees at Bangor St Deiniol Golf Club. Teams of 3 or 4 players; the maximum team handicap is 10. Handicap allowances for 4-player teams: 25%, 20%, and 15% (lowest to highest); for 3-player teams: 30%, 20%, and 10% (lowest to highest). Drive requirements: teams of 4 must use each player's drive at least 4 times (at least one must be on a par 3); teams of 3 must use each player's drive at least 5 times (at least one must be on a par 3). Entry fee: £12.50 for members, £25.00 for visitors. Players must hold a handicap (men max 28, ladies max 36). Visitors should book via the club website at www.bangorgolf.co.uk under 'Open Competitions'.
