Great Northern Course is an 18-hole championship layout stretching 6,775 meters, designed by the renowned American architecture firm Nicklaus Design. Located in Kerteminde, Denmark, the course is integrated discretely into the surrounding natural landscape, offering a world-class golfing experience that respects its environment.
The course features par 72 with a challenging design characterized by Nicklaus Design's signature elements: large, sculpted bunkers, strategically positioned water hazards, and precisely laid greens that reward intelligent play and accuracy. Great Northern Course has been recognized as one of Northern Europe's most well-executed and meticulously maintained golf courses, and is ranked among Europe's finest. The terrain includes significant elevation changes throughout the round, making it physically demanding. The course offers multiple tee positions accommodating various skill levels, from GN I (6,347m) for single-digit handicaps to GN III (5,242m) for higher handicaps. An accompanying 9-hole Academy Course is also available.
