Open Competition (オープンコンペ) held at Shamrock Country Club, a flat 18-hole course located in Chitose, Hokkaido, close to New Chitose Airport. The entry fee of 2,000 JPY includes a meal and prizes. A separate play fee of 7,800 JPY applies, covering a ride-on cart and self-play. Start time is from 08:30. The 2026 series runs on selected Tuesdays; the August round is scheduled for 18 August 2026. The course is noted for its meticulously maintained green conditions and is positioned as Japan's closest golf course to New Chitose Airport. As a prestigious member club, Shamrock has earned recognition as one of Hokkaido's representative courses, hosting regular open competitions and maintaining high standards for both course conditioning and playability.
