The course measures 6,031 yards from the white tees and features a tree-lined layout that provides an aesthetic and strategic challenge. The course is characterized by excellent greens that have been noted for their quality, alongside well-maintained fairways. The setting combines the natural landscape with mature trees that line the fairways, creating both visual appeal and playing difficulty. Accrington and District Golf Club serves as both a members' club and welcomes visitors and societies. The facility includes a clubhouse with bar and catering facilities. Beyond golf, the club emphasizes its social community, hosting open competitions, captain's charity events, and various member activities.
