Two-day open strokeplay tournament played on the Grobbebaan course at Spielehof, Boekelo. Now in its 16th edition (winners recorded from 2011). 18 holes total played as 2 x 9 holes over two days. Maximum score rule applies (double par + 1 per hole). Results counted as both gross (total strokes) and net (strokes minus playing handicap). A minimum handicap of 45.0 is required to enter. Maximum 120 participants across four sessions: Saturday 27 June at 10:00 (shotgun start, max 30 players, golf lunch after round approx. 13:30) or 13:45 (shotgun start, max 30 players, dinner after round approx. 17:15); Sunday 28 June at 10:00 (shotgun start, max 30 players, golf lunch after round approx. 13:30) or 13:45 (shotgun start, max 30 players, dinner after round approx. 17:15). Each session consists of 10 flights of 3 players. Entry opens 1 May 2026 and closes Sunday 21 June 2026; after closing, players may register as reserves only. Playing day and start time are published Monday 22 June 2026. Entry fee: €19.50 for Spielehof Grobbebaan subscribers; €39.50 for all other players (visitors etc.). Prize presentation takes place Sunday afternoon at approximately 18:00. Prize categories: Gross 1st–3rd; Net 1st–3rd Category 1 (handicap up to 22.5); Net 1st–3rd Category 2 (handicap 22.6–45.0); Longest Drive Men; Longest Drive Ladies; Nearest the Pin; Hole-in-One Challenge; Beat the Pro.

Spielehof is a 27-hole golf course located in Boekelo in the Twente region near Enschede, Hengelo, and Haaksbergen in the Netherlands. The facility comprises two distinct layouts: the 9-hole Grobbebaan, a par 3/4 course that presents a challenging experience for golfers of all handicap levels, and the 18-hole Shortgolfbaan, a par 3 course designed for accessibility to golfers of all skill levels, requiring no prior experience. The course features a driving range with 24 tee positions extending over 175 meters, equipped with catch netting and lighting. Additionally, Spielehof offers two Trackman iO simulators and a putting green for indoor golf practice. The facility is positioned as welcoming to experienced, intermediate, and recreational golfers. No handicap certification or membership is required to play, making it accessible to casual players. The course hosts regular competitions including the Spielehof Open and Boekelo Open tournaments. Seasonal operations run year-round, with the clubhouse closed Mondays from October through March.
