36-hole stroke play competition held over two days at Arlington Heights Park District Golf Course. The event features multiple divisions including Men's (Championship, First, Second, and Third Flights), Women's, Senior, and Super Senior divisions. Prizes awarded as Golf Shop Credits to top finishers in each flight and division. A Skins game is also run alongside the main competition.

Prizes awarded as Golf Shop Credits. Based on the 2024 event: Men's division total purse $3,200; Senior division total purse $1,100; Super Senior division total purse $750; Women's division total purse $200. Prizes paid to top finishers in each flight.

The course features strategically placed fescue-edged bunkers that provide a natural aesthetic. Water hazards are a defining characteristic, coming into play on 13 of the 18 holes and significantly impacting course strategy. The design presents a moderate to challenging test of golfing skill across its layout. Owned and operated by the Arlington Heights Park District, Arlington Lakes serves as a community-focused facility. It hosts numerous golf leagues—over 30 varieties—and offers comprehensive instruction programs led by PGA Professionals. The course is home to the annual Arlington Amateur tournament and accommodates outings and banquets at its clubhouse. The facility caters to golfers of all skill levels through various lesson programs for both adults and juniors, from beginners through intermediate players. Season passes, multiple-play passes, and daily rates provide flexible options for regular and casual players.
