4-round open amateur competition played on the 18-hole Surcouf course at Saint-Malo Golf Resort, from Thursday 20 to Sunday 23 August 2026. Modelled on the Masters at Augusta format (4 championship rounds). Entry closes Saturday 15 August; limited to the first 153 entrants. Entry is by registration form, returned by email to golf@saintmalogolf.com or by post to Saint Malo Golf, Domaine de St Yvieux, 35540 Le Tronchet.

Open to all licensed amateurs affiliated to the French Golf Federation (FFG), and to foreign golfers on presentation of a valid handicap certificate and proof of identity. A medical certificate confirming fitness to play competitive golf is required at registration. Maximum handicap index: 36.0 (indices above 36.0 are reduced to 36.0).

Categories and scoring formats: Women 1st series (index < 18.4): Stableford from blue tees; Women 2nd series (18.5–36.0): Stableford from red tees. Men 1st series (index < 11.4): Strokeplay with a maximum score of +5 per hole from white tees; Men 2nd series (11.5–18.4): Stableford from yellow tees; Men 3rd series (18.5–36.0): Stableford from yellow tees. Men Seniors (50+) all series: Stableford from yellow tees. Men Super Seniors (70+): Stableford from red tees. Junior Mixed (under 18): Stableford from tees chosen by the competition committee.

Tee times for rounds 1–3 are allocated by requested time slot (groups of 3). Round 4 groupings are determined by cumulative gross and net standings after 3 rounds (groups of 4). Practice on the course between rounds is not permitted. Golf carts are available only to players with a valid medical certificate.

In the event of a tie for gross in the 1st series (Men and Women), a play-off is held on hole 18. For all other series, ties are resolved by best 4th round score, then by the 9-hole/6-hole/3-hole countback rule.

Prize presentation takes place on Sunday 23 August 2026 from 19:30. The number of prizes awarded may vary depending on the number of entrants. In the event of cancellation due to weather or exceptional circumstances, prizes will be awarded by draw.
