Royal Deeside Golf Week 2026

19 Jul 2026
Tour Event
Established in 2003, the RDGW is very popular and fills up quickly with players from across the UK and overseas. The RDGW in 2026 will run Sunday 19th to Friday 24th July. Some 280 golfers take part. Separate Ladies and Gents individual stableford competitions are held daily with prizes awarded across three divisions together with the overall female and male champion of the week. Play is in 3-balls by gender on a carousel basis over the four courses (Banchory, Aboyne, Ballater & Braemar) along the River Dee corridor here on beautiful Aberdeenshire. The daily teesheet is drawn randomly and published some 5 days before the event. Players travelling in groups will all play the same course on the same day - in close proximity on the tee sheet by gender - so you get to meet your fellow golfers from across the UK, Europe and further afield. There is an optional social programme in the evenings. The cost of the week is £220 which includes all green fees, prizes and a ‘welcome pack’ from our various sponsors. There is no cost to attend the social programme.
Multi-day event: 19 Jul - 24 Jul 2026

XXI La Cala Golf World Open

Course Event
XXI La Cala Golf World Open - The flagship annual event now in its 21st edition, inviting players to compete across all three courses (Campo America, Campo Asia, and Campo Europa) over several days of spirited competition, social events, and unforgettable experiences. We thought this event worthy of its own dedicated page here!

Update from the Engine Room

The observant amongst you will have noticed the count of Upcoming Events on our homepage is reducing. This is partly due to the progression of the season, but mostly due to our new quality-over-quantity approach. You see, when the site was first set up, we were excited to see how successful the AI was at detected and extracting golf events. However, this wasn't always 100% accurate, and many of them lacked detail. During May we started a new process where our AI systems started revisiting every competition to make sure it was correct and to search for more and more accurate information. We have even more plans for the future to ensure the continuing accuracy and detail that we present for each competition, making this site a truly unique and useful resource for the competitive golfer.
